疏肝健脾祛湿中药体内抗鸭乙型肝炎病毒的实验研究

目的：观察由疏肝健脾袪湿中药组成的加味四逆散醇提物体内抗鸭乙型肝炎病毒（DHBV）的作用。方法：采用先天感染鸭乙型肝炎病毒的广州麻鸭为动物模型,以斑点杂交法检测用药前后鸭血清DHBV-DNAOD值的变化,并以拉米夫定作阳性对照。结果：加味四逆散大剂量组用药第5天和第10天,血清DHBV-DNAOD值明显下降,与病毒对照组比较,差异有显著性（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,与自身用药前比较,差异有显著性（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）;加味四逆散中剂量组在用药第5和第10天,血清DHBV-DNAOD值明显下降,与病毒对照组比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05,P〈0.05）;与自身用药前比较,用药第10天,血清DHBV-DNAOD值明显下降,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论：加味四逆散大、中剂量在鸭体内有抗乙型肝炎病毒作用。

Experimental study on the effect of traditional Chinese medicine which dispersing stagnated liver qi for strengthening spleen and eliminating dampness to anti-DHBV DNA in vivo

Objective:To study the anti-DHBV effect of alcohol extraction from Jiaweisinisan(JWSNS) decoction which combined with the traditional Chinese medicine, which dispersing stagnated liver qi for strengthening spleen and eliminating in vivo.Methods:Congenitally infected with DHBV Guangzhou brown spot ducklings were used as the hepatitis B animal model and the change of serum HBV-DNA optic density value (OD value) was observed.Lamivudine was used as the positive control drug.Results:The virus titer of JWSNS large dose group decreased markedly at day 5 and day 10,compared to virus control group(P<0.05,P<0.01) respectively,and before treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01) respectively;the virus titer of JWSNS middle dose group decreased markedly at day 5 and day 10,compared to virus control group(P<0.05, P<0.05) respectively, and the virus titer of JWSNS middle dose group decreased markedly at day 10,compared to before treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion:Large dose and middle dose JWSNS decoction have certain inhabit DHBV-DNA effect in vivo.
