目的对膝骨关节病种实施临床路径管理的评价，为临床路径的广泛实施提供可靠的理论依据。方法对膝骨关节病采用关节镜下等离子射频消融术临床路径组与非临床路径组的数据进行分析，建立评价指标。结果临床路径组提高了治愈率、满意度，缩短了平均住院日，降低了平均住院费用。结论通过对病种实施临床路径管理可以降低医疗费用，提高医疗质量，建立和谐的医患关系，提升医院的核心竞争力。

Evaluation on implementing clinical pathway management of knee osteoarthrosis

Objective To evaluate implementation of clinical pathway management of knee osteoarthrosis, and provide reliable theoretical basis for general implementation of clinical pathway. Method Analyzed data of clinical pathway group using plasma radio frequency ablation under the arthrescope to treat knee osteoarthrosis and non - clinical pathway group to establish evaluation parameters. ReSult The clinical pathway group obtained higher cure rates, degree of satisfaction, reduced average hospitalization days and reduced average hospitalization expenses. Condusion Through implementation of clinical pathway management to knee esteoarthrosis could reduce medical expanses, improve medical quality, establish harmonious physician - patient relationship and promote hospital＇s eore competence.
