摘    要:KGD-1800型高电压空气消毒机由进风机、过滤器、离心风机、多机线棒蜂巢静电场、负离子发生器与浸渍型活性炭吸附器等组成。常温下,其作用30min与60min,对25m3气雾室空气中金黄色葡萄球菌与枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的消除率分别为99.97%与99.23%。作用30min可使60m3室内尘埃粒子数减到符合100000级洁净度。其消毒室内空气效果较臭氧与紫外线为好

Abstract:KGD-1800-Type High-voltage Air Disinfector is composed of draft fan, air filter, air centrifuge, honeycomb electrostatic field, anion generator and activated carbon adsorber. Its efficacy in removing bacteria and purifying air was observed experimentally. Experiment in 25 m 3 aerosol chamber indicated that operation of the Disinfector for 30 min under conditions of room temperature 18~22℃ and relative humidity 46%~50% eliminated 99.97% of Staphylococcus aureus sprayed in the air and operation for 60 min eliminated 99.23% of Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores. Operation of the Disinfector for 60 min in 126 m 2 operating room during surgical operation could reduced the natural bacteria in air from 2241 cfu/m 3 before disinfection to undetectable level. Disinfection of 60 m 3 room by the Disinfector for 30 min could reduce dust particles in the room from 144 630/L(4 049 650/ft 3 ) before disinfection to 3021/L (84 596/ft 3 ). Its efficacy in disinfection of indoor air is better than ozone and ultraviolet rays.
