心理因素对剖宫产的影响及分析

目的 了解剖宫产术孕妇的术前心理状况，分析相关心理因素，为指导选择适当的分娩方式提供依据。方法选择2009年1～6月在某妇幼保健院未经试产自愿要求行剖宫产的孕妇291例和156例阴道分娩的产妇进行对照，采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）及分娩心理状态问卷调查表进行调查分析。结果两组对象均存在焦虑状态，剖宫产组的焦虑状态比阴道分娩组明显；剖宫产组的SDS评分超过常模值，存在抑郁倾向，而阴道分娩组无抑郁存在。结论孕妇心理因素对分娩方式有影响．重视妊娠期及分娩期的孕期教育，有利于正确选择分娩方式。

Analysisand Influence of the Psychological Factors on Cesarean

Objective To understand the preoperative psychological status in the pregnant women of cesarean, analyze the relevant psychological factors, in order to provide a basis for guiding the selection an appropriate mode of delivery. Methods 291 cases of cesarean and 156 cases of vaginal deliveries compared in January -June 2009 in our hospital due to social factors of pregnant women were studied and analyzed using SAS,SDS and a questionnaire on psychological situation. Results Two groups of objects exist in the state of anxiety, the anxiety of cesarean section compared with vaginal delivery group were significantly; SDS score of cesarean group exceeded the norm value, there was tendency to depression, while the vaginal delivery there was no depression. Conclusions The psychological factors of pregnant women could affect on the mode of delivery. It should be paid attention to pregnancy education during pregnancy and delivery period so as to choose mode of delivery reasonably.
