| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨经尿道前列腺汽化切除术 (TUVP)治疗前列腺增生症的效果及安全性。方法 :采用经尿道前列腺汽化切除术治疗前列腺增生患者 12 0例经尿道前列腺汽化切除术。结果 :手术时间平均 5 8分钟 ,平均出血 40ml,术后保留尿管平均 3 8天 ,排尿通畅。随访 3月～ 2年 97例 ,I-PSS从 30 5 3下降到 9 3分 ,最大尿流率从 9 6ml/秒增加到 2 2 6ml/秒。结论 :TUVP具有操作简便、出血少、视野清晰、疗效确切、并发症少等优点 ,是一种安全有效的治疗技术。

| Abstract: | OBjective:To study the effective and safe of the benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH) treated with transurethral electro-vappor-ablation.Method:120 BPH patients were treated by transurethral electro-vapor-ablation and have been followed up for 3～24months.Results:Satisfactory result has been achieved in all.Only one patient needed an open surgical procedure.The mean operation time was 58 minutes and the mean blood loss 40ml.The mean time of an indwelling urethral catheter was 3.8 days,being capable of voiding freely after removal of the catheter.I-PSS dropped from 30.53 to 9.3,Qmax increased from 9.6ml/s to 22.6ml/s.Conclusions:TUVP was safe，effective and simple,with less complication and quicker recovery for the management of BPH. |
