| 摘 要： | 目的建立妇科白凤口服液的质量标准。方法采用TLC对处方中牛膝、干姜、牡丹皮、延胡索、黄柏进行了定性鉴别;采用HPLC对处方中芍药苷、龙胆苦苷进行了含量测定。结果平均回收率分别为99.8%和99.3%,RSD为2.4%和1.3%(n=6)。结论所建立的方法简便、准确、专属性强。可有效地控制制剂的质量。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard of Fuke Baifeng oral solution. METHODS Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae, Rhizoma Zingiberis, Cortex Moutan, Rhizoma Corydalis and Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis in this preparation were identified by TLC. The concentrations of paeoniflorin and gentiopicrin in this preparation were determined by HPLC. RESULTS The average recoveries were 99.8% and 99.3%. RSD were 2.4% and 1.3% (n=6), respectively. CONCLUSION These methods established are simple, accurate and specific and can control the quality of the preparation validly. |
