| 摘 要： | 我国是自然灾害频发的国家,近年来在灾害救护中,中医急救与护理在应急医疗防治过程中发挥了重要作用。通过探讨中医护理救援管理策略,提出完善人员和物资应急保障,根据灾害特点制定护理救援方案,建立突发灾害应急的中医培训长效机制,提升救援的反应速度,以更好地发挥中医护理在应急医疗救援中的优势。

| Abstract: | Our country is a country where disasters frequently happen. In recent years,Chinese medicine played an important role in the course of disaster rescue. This paper discussed the management strategies of Chinese medical treatment and care,and suggested to perfect emergency supports of personnel and materials ,develop treatment and care plans ,establish long - term mechanisms about Chinese medical treatment and care training according to the characteristics of disasters, and improve the reaction speed of emergency rescue,so as to make better use of the superiorities of Chinese medicine in emergent rescue and care. |
