| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨全口义齿再次修复时颌位关系复制(转移)的效果.方法 利用旧义齿做托盘取模、转移颌位关系、上(牙合)架,完成全口义齿的制作.结果 采用复制法制作的21例全口义齿,有19例非常满意或满意,满意率90.5%,与对照组临床效果比较患者满意率差异显著.结论 复制颌住关系正确的全口义齿,患者适应性强,不复诊或复诊次数少,满意率高,医生工作量减少,临床实用性强.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the result of copy of jaw relation when repairing a complete denture.Methods To make a denture-cast,copy jaw position,and wear articulator using the old dentures to make preparation for the complete denture.Results Among 21 cases,there were 19 cases satisfact.Satisfaction rate was 90.5% by this method.And patients satisfaction about was obvious,in contrast with the other clinic group.Conclusion The patients who have accurate copy of jaw relation of complete dentures can have better dent... |
