围产期胎儿窒息缺氧缺血性脑损害的颅脑超声诊断

摘    要:对314例窒息新生儿及303例非窒息儿进行颅脑超声检查。结果表明,脑损害主要包括氧缺血性脑病和颅内出血。窒息我的异常发生率为54.1%,非窒息儿为22.7%。足月儿脑损害主要为缺氧缺血性脑病。早产儿主要为室管膜下出血。对脑损害的声像图特征做了详细介绍,并对缺氧缺血性脑的恢复及预后进行了讨论。

Abstract:314 asphyctic and 303 npn-asphyctic neonates were examined by cranial ultrasonography. The results showed that hypoxic ischemic cerebral lesions included hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) and intracranial hemorrhage. The incidences of HIE were 54.1% in asphyctic neonates and only 22. 7% in non-asphyctic ones. The cerebral lesions were HIE in fullterm infants and ependyma hemorrhage in premature infants. The characteristics of cerebral lesions found in ultrasonogram and different recovery times and prognosis were discussed in detail.
