| 摘 要： | 探讨糖尿病患者血清脂质、纤维蛋白原（ＦＢＧ）在糖尿病肾病发展过程中的变化规律。通过检测６０例糖尿病患者尿白蛋白排泄率（ＡＥＲ）、血清甘油三酯（ＴＧ）、总胆固醇（ＴＣ）、低密度脂蛋白－胆固醇（ＬＤＬ－Ｃ）、高密度脂蛋白－胆固醇（ＨＤＬ－Ｃ）、载脂蛋白Ａ（ａｐｏＡ）、载脂蛋白Ｂ（ａｐｏＢ）及ＦＢＧ等指标，发现糖尿病患者随尿ＡＥＲ增加，血中ＴＧ、ＴＣ、ＬＤＬ－Ｃ、ＦＢＧ逐渐升高，且均与尿ＡＥＲ呈正相关；

| Abstract: | The regular changes of serum lipids and plasma fibrinogen(FBG)concentration of the diabetic patients in the course of diabetic nephropathy (DN) were studied. The urinary albumin excretion rate (AER),serum triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),apolipoprotein A(apoA) and apolipoprotein B(apoB) and fibrinogen were measured. The results showed that the concentrations of TG,TC,LDL-C and FBG were increased gradually along with the increasing of urinary AER and were positively correlated with urinary AER in DM. but the concentration of HDL-C decreased gradually and was negatively correlated with urinary AER. It suggested that the disorders of serum lipids and fibrinogen may be influenced by DN. Thus it would be one of risk factors of excess mortality caused by atherosclerosis in DN patients. |
