自体咀嚼粘骨膜游离移植关闭早期创口对即刻种植体骨结合的影响

目的　观察自体咀嚼粘骨膜游离移植行即刻种植早期软组织创口关闭时对种植体骨结合的影响。方法　实验采用 8条当地健康杂种犬的自体咀嚼粘骨膜游离移植 ,行即刻种植早期软组织创口关闭 ,与应用引导组织再生 (GTR)技术对照 ,通过脱钙与不脱钙组织切片等方法观察。结果　种植体骨结合良好 ,并观察到该技术可以起到选择性促使骨组织再生性愈合的作用。结论　自体咀嚼粘骨膜游离移植对即刻种植的种植体骨结合无负面影响

THE EFFECT OF PRIMARY CLOSURE BY AUTOGENOUS MASTICATORY MUEOPERIOSTEAL GRAFTS ON OSSEOINTEGRATION OF IMMEDIATE IMPLANTS

Purpose Observing the osseointegration of immediate placement of implants whose extraction sockets had been closed by autogenous masticatory mueoperiosteal grafts. Methods In 8 dogs, autogenous masticatory mueoperiosteal flaps were free grafted for primary closure the wounds of fresh extraction sockets of immediate placement of implants, and GTR with collagen membrane were used as contrast in opposite. After operation, wound healing and interface between bone and implant were observed by nodicalcification slice and histomorphometric analysis and so on. Results Just as GTR, this technique could promote bone regneration selectively, and the osseointegrations were good. Conclusions Autogenous masticatory meuoperiosteal grafts had no bad affection to osseointegration of immediate placement of implants.
