摘    要:目的探讨16排CT全脑低采样灌注及血管成像在早期脑梗死中的应用价值。方法选择早期脑梗死患者30例,应用16排螺旋CT行颅脑CT灌注及CTA扫描,测量并比较脑梗死区、缺血半暗带区与对侧正常对照区CBV、CBF及MTT的不同,从CTA图像观察脑动脉狭窄情况。结果 1.与对侧正常对照区相比,脑梗死区及缺血半暗带区CBF明显降低,MTT显著增加(P<0.05)。脑梗死区CBV及CBF明显低于缺血半暗带区,MTT显著长于缺血半暗带区(P<0.05)。2.CTA显示存在脑动脉局限性狭窄的比例为80.0%,以大脑中动脉比例最高。结论 16排CT灌注及血管成像能够为早期脑梗死诊断提供有价值的信息,有助于其早期和合理的治疗。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the application value of 16 slice CT perfusion imaging and angiography in the early stage of cerebral infarction. Methods 30 patients with ischemic stroke were selected, CT perfusion and CTA were performed using 16 slice CT, the CBF, CBV and MTT values of each ROI were compared, the stenosis of cerebral arteries were observed. Results 1 .Compared with the contralateral control area, the CBF were lower and the MTT were longer in the Infarct area and penumbra(P 〈 0.05). The CBV and CBF in the Infarct area were lower than those in penumbra area, while the MTT were much longer (P 〈 0.05). The rate of artery stenosis showed in CTA images were 80%, middle cerebral artery had the highest proportion, Conclusion 16-slice CT perfusion imaging and angiography Can provide valuable massage for the diagnosis of early cerebral infarction, Contribute to its early and appropriate treatment.
