| 摘 要： | 为培养具有创新能力的复合型检验医学人才，构建了包含调整教学计划、改革教学方法、建立多元化实习基地、实施“雏鹰”计划和与国际接轨等内容的医学检验专业本科人才创新能力培养体系，经过实施，取得显著成效。

| Abstract: | To cultivate laboratory medicine undergraduates with innovation ability, we estab- lished laboratory medicine undergraduates innovation ability training system by formulating flexible teaching plan, reforming teaching methods, setting up diversified practice base, implementing ＇eagles plan＇ and connecting with international content. Satisfactory effect was achieved after taking this measure. |
