摘    要:目的探讨DTI序列对胼胝体发育不全微结构精确评估作用,旨在为临床诊断提供合理依据。方法对11例胼胝体发育不全及10例对照组,行常规MRI、DTI扫描,分析白质纤维束缺失程度,采用Tensor后处理技术对感兴趣区进行量化分析;进行病理组及对照组对照比较。结果常规MRI显示胼胝体完全缺如为2例,DTI显示1例显示白质纤维束未见显示,1例可见少量纤维残存;7例常规MRI显示胼胝体压部或体部缺如,其中压部缺如5例,2例体部缺如例,DTI显示大部分白质显示中断、消失;2例常规序列可疑胼胝体部分缺如,DTI显示少量白质纤维缺失。病例组DTI所测感兴趣区ADC值、FA值降低,尤其胼胝体压部分别为:(t=22.29,p<0.01;t=9.60,p<0.01)及体部(t=26.74,p<0.01;t=23.37,p<0.01)降低显著。结论 DTI能够直观、精确显示胼胝体发育不良缺失情况,并且DTI通过测定ADC值、FA值降低多少来评估白质纤维缺失程度,因此为临床诊断及临床分型提供客观依据。

Abstract:Objective To explore Diffusion Tensor lmaging(DTI) evaluate effect in with agenesia corporis collosi microstructure, purpose to provide reasonable evidence for the clinical diagnostic. Methods The 11 case agenesia corporis collosi and the 10 case control group execute routine MRI, DTI scanning, apply the technology of Tensor of postprocessing to region of interest carry out quantifying analyze, to dissect comparison in the agenesia corporis collosi and the control group. Results The routine MRI shows the complete con- genital absence of agenesia corporis collosi in 2case, DTI shows no the fiber bundle of white matter in lcase, DTI shows manipulus the fiber bundle of white matter in lcase: MR1 routine displays the congenital absence of splenium corporis callosi or Body of corpus callosum in 7case, DTI displays premodinantly fiber bundle breaks; MRI routine detects to suspect the absence of agenesia corporis collosi in 2case. DTI detects slightly absence the fiber bnndle of white matter. DT1 show ADC value, FA value decrease in measure to region of interest for disease group, especially splenium corporis callosi (t=22.29, p〈0.01 : t=9.60, p〈0.01)and Body of corpus callosum (t=26.74, p〈0.01; t=23.37, p〈0.01). Conclusion DT1 direct and fidelity displays agenesia corporis collosi condition, DTI passed ADC value, FA value decrease degree to evalua absence degree the fiber bundle of white matter, so for the diagnostic and typing of clinic provids more object evidence.
