血府逐瘀汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效及护理

目的]观察血府逐瘀汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效及护理。方法]120例分为两组。两组均控制饮食、口服降糖药物。治疗组加服血府逐瘀汤,对照组用弥可保。两组45天为1个疗程。结果]治疗组显效33例,好转21例,无效6例;对照组显效29例,好转16例,无效15例。结论]血府逐瘀汤配合护理等综合疗法有很好效果。
