小儿植物神经性癫痫的脑电图及临床分析

本文通过１３５例小儿植物神经性癫痫患者的脑电图及临床分析，发现其异常脑波多为尖波、尖－慢综合波及阵发性高幅慢节律，少见棘波发放。对于轻型、中型患者，仅用谷氨酸、维生素Ｅ、谷维素（部分加用６５４—２）等促进大脑功能和调节植物神经的药物，对重型患者，在使用上述药物同时加用抗痫药，效果较好，临床症状和脑电图放电改善均较快。提示小儿植物神经性癫痫可能与小儿大脑发育不完善有关。

AN EEG AND CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 135 CHILD PATIENTS WITH AUTONOMIC EPILEPSY

An EEG and clinical analysis of 135 child patients with autonomic epilepsy was made. It was found that the common abnormal waves were sharp ones, sharp-slow complex ones and paroxysmal high-voltage slow rhythmn. Spike waves were less commonly encountered. The patients with epilepsy of mild and medium types were only given such drugs as glutaminc acid,vatamin E and oryzanol (some also 654-2)to promote the brain functions and to regulate the autonomic functions. In addition to such drugs,the patients of severer type were given antiepileptics. The clinical symptoms and abnormal waves were soon improved. All these suggest that child autonomic epilepsy may be releted to the brain hypoplasia.
