丹参预防人工全髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的研究

目的:对比观察采用丹参注射液预防人工全髋关节置换(THR)术后下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的临床效果。方法:将1998年1月至2004年8月行人工全髋关节置换术的患者随机分为未用药组和用药组,其中未用药组56例,未预防性使用任何药物;用药组60例,围手术期给予丹参注射液预防性治疗。术后第7、14天,两组患者均行患肢彩色多谱勒超声检查,了解DVT形成情况及两组术后DVT的发生率。结果:未用药组中有23例DVT阳性,DVT的发生率41.1%,用药组中有11例DVT阳性,DVT的发生率18.3%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。未用药组近端DVT的发生率为14.3%,用药组近端DVT的发生率为1.7%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药组未发现术中术后出血增多以及药物不良反应。结论:丹参可显著降低人工全髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓的发生,且具有良好的安全性。

Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge for prevention of deep vein thrombosis after total hip replacement

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge in preventing deep-vein thrombosis(DVT) after total hip replacement.Methods:From January 1998 to August 2004,we performed total hip replacement for 56 control patients and for 60 patients who had been given Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge injection for prevening deep-vein thrombosis.All the patients received Color Doppler ultrasonography examination 7 and 14 days after operation.Results:DVT occurred in 18.3% of the Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge patients and the reduction was significant(P<0.05) compared to the control group.The incidence of proximal DVT was also reduced significantly(P<0.05) from 14.3% of the control group to 1.7% of the Saliva miltiorrhiza Bge group.Conclusions:Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge can significantly reduce the incidence of deep-vein thrombosis after total hip replacement.
