摘    要:目的 规范化服务礼仪,做好护理服务.方法 结合护理实际情况,通过理论讲座、观看VCD、礼仪训练、强化考核,发挥院报等优势进行全员培训,掌握规范服务礼仪.结果与结论 提高护士的整体素质,实行全方位优质的护理服务,患者满意度大幅度提高.

Abstract:Objective To standardize etiquette performances in order to imporove nursing service. Methods According to actual situation, through seminar, VCD, etiquette training, special examination, and the hospital newspaper, all our nurses grasp main criterions of etiquette performances in work. Results and Conclusion After the studies, overall level and service quality of our nurses were improved dramatically and the patients were satisfied.
