4018例已婚妇女生殖道感染现状的调查

目的：探讨我市已婚妇女生殖道感染情况、分布以及感染的好发年龄、高发种类、相关影响因素和相应的预防措施。方法：由专业技术人员按照全国高等医药教材第五版《妇产科学》标准,对年龄在20—60岁的已婚妇女进行病史询问、常规妇科检查和辅助检查。结果：调查已婚妇女4018例,患病人数2168例,患病率为53．96％,常见感染种类达13种。结论：我市已婚妇女生殖道感染发病率偏高。其中宫颈糜烂位居生殖道感染首位。重视和加强妇女卫生保健工作,定期普查普治,是降低妇女生殖道感染的关键。

INVESTIGATION AND ANALYSIS OF VAGINAL INFECTIONS IN 4018 MARRIED WOMEN

Objective:To investigate the married women with viginal infection in our city, including their distribution, ages, the most common infections and the related pathogenic factors, and put forward appropriate, preventive measures. Methods:According to the standards in the college textbook " Obsterics And Gynecology ", the professional personnel investigated the married women aged 20-60 by inquiry and routine examinations.Results:2168 of 4018 married women suffered from vaginal diseases, including 13 types of infections. The incidence was 53.96 per cent.Conclusion:There is a high incidence of viginal infections among the married women in our city. Cerix is the most common disease. The key to low the incidence of women's viginal infections is to strengthen their health care and pay great attention to the regular examinations and timely treatments.
