印度留学生在儿科临床学习中的教学探索
摘    要:在国家发展和“一带一路”建设中,优化来华留学战略布局,促进医学留学生教育改革,提高高校国际交流水平的背景下,越来越多的印度医学留学生来华学习。在儿科临床实践中,留学生面对儿童患者这一特殊群体,对于带教老师提出新的挑战,本研究将加强医学人文关怀教育、提高留学生学习积极性、优化带教方式及科学合理安排学习工作时间等方面工作并进行探讨,以期提高印度医学留学生在儿科临床实践过程中的教学质量和学习成效。

Teaching exploration of Indian international students in pediatric clinical learning
Abstract:In the context of national development and the "the Belt and Road" construction,optimizing the strategic layout of studying in China,promoting the education reform of medical international students,and improving the level of international exchanges in universities,more and more Indian medical international students come to China to study.In the clinical practice of pediatrics,international students face the special group of pediatric patients and pose new challenges to teachers.This study will strengthen medical humanistic care education,improve the enthusiasm of foreign students in learning,optimize teaching methods and scientifically and rationally arrange learning and working hours,etc.,in order to improve the teaching quality and learning effectiveness of Indian medical international students in pediatric clinical practice.
