| 摘 要： | 随着急诊医学的迅速发展，对护士的整体素质也提出了更高的要求，1998年以来我院改变以往单技能急救训练方法，实行综合护理急救技术模拟训练，通过培训小教员，设立试点科室，建立模拟病房，使不同层次的护士熟练掌握了本专科紧急情况下的急救技术，提高了护士综合急救能力，全院护师，主管护师考核成绩优良率明显提高并保持稳定。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of the emergency medicine, it set higher demands for the overall qualities of nursing staffs. Since 1998, instead of single first-aid skill training, we have carried out the synthetic nursing first-aid skills simulated training. By training instructors, setting up testing departmens and simulated wards,let nurses of different levels master the first-aid techniques of their own specialty. It has promoted the synthetic first-aid capability of nurses. The assessment scores of all nursing staffs in our hospital have elevated and kept in stable. |
