白癜风患者免疫球蛋白、补体及补体活化成分的变化

目的:探讨免疫因素在白癜风发生中的作用。方法:应用散射比浊法检测了23例白癜风患者和对照组30例健康人血清IgG、IgA、IgM、C3和C4水平,同时检测了18例白癜风患者皮损处疱液、21例白癜风患者正常皮肤疱液和对照组12例健康人皮肤疱液中IgG、IgA、IgM、C3和C4的含量,应用免疫组织化学两步法检测9例白癜风患者皮损和对照组10例健康人皮肤C5b-9沉积情况。结果:白癜风患者血清IgG、IgA、IgM、C3和C4水平与对照组无显著性差异,三组疱液间各项指标亦无显著性差异(P值均>0.05);白癜风皮损表皮C5b-9沉积显著高于正常皮肤(P<0.01)。结论:白癜风皮损表皮中存在异常的免疫反应,该反应可能与白癜风的发生、发展密切相关。

The changes of immunoglobin, complements and activated complements in vitiligo patients

Objective To study the effects of immunological factors in the pathogenesis of vitiligo. Methods Nephelometry was employed to study serum and tissue fluid levels of IgG? IgA? IgM? C3 and C4. Blood serum was checked in 23 vitiligo patients and 30 healthy controls. Tissue fluid was tested in both skin lesions(18 patients) and normal skins(21 vitiligo patients and 12 healthy controls). C5b-9 expression was detected with two-step immunohistochemistry technique in the skin lesions of 9 vitiligo patients and normal skin of 10 healthy controls. Results There were no statistically significantly differences in serum and tissue fluid levels of IgG, IgA, IgM, C3 and C4 between vilitigo patients and controls(P>0.05). C5b-9 deposits in skin lesions of vilitigo patients were significantly higher than that in the normal skins of healthy controls (P<0.01). Conclusion There was an abnormally higher deposit of C5b-9 in vitiligo skin lesions, which might be correlated with the pathogenesis of vitiligo.
