正交试验法优选芦根中低聚糖及单糖的提取工艺

摘    要:目的:优选芦根中低聚糖及单糖的提取工艺.方法:采用正交试验法,以提取浸膏中低聚糖及单糖的量为指标进行试验.结果:最佳提取工艺为:用12倍量的800 ml/L乙醇,每次3 h,提取3次.结论:该工艺合理,有效成分提取效率高.

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the extracting procedure for oligosacchrides and monosaccharides from Rhizoma Phragmitis. Methods: The optimum extracting procedure was selected using the content and extraction efficiency of oligosaccharides and monosaccharides from Rhizoma Phragmitis by orthogonal test. Results: The optimum extracting procedure was as follows: Using 12-fold 800 ml/L ethanol, extracting three times, 3 hours per time. Conclusion: The optimum procedure is reasonable, and the extraction efficiency of active ingredients is high.
