眼球前段重建术治疗严重真菌性角膜炎的初步探讨

采用眼球前段重建术治疗严重的真菌性角膜炎１２例，术中彻底切除病灶，并包括虹膜、晶体和前段玻璃体。随访２￣３个月，除１例复发行眼内容剜出术外，均无复发。结果表明，本术式可有效地控制真菌感染，保住了眼球，并为以后的增视性手术奠定了基础，但其远期效果尚有待于进一步研究。

A primary study of RASE for severe fungal keratitis

12 cases (12eyes) with severe fungal keratitis with litt1e light perception underwent recontruction for the anterior segment of eye. Key precedures of this operation include iridectomy, Ientectomy and anterior vitrectomy. During 2-3 months follow-up therc was no recurrence except one casc who under-went evisceration of eye. The results show the opera-tion can effectively control the fungal infection, and make eyeball survive successfully. It'helpfuI to the late operation of increasing vision. However the far-ther study of its long effectiveness will be needed.
