| 摘 要： | 目的研究经尿道双极等离子前列腺电切术（TUPKVP）治疗良性前列腺增生（BPH）的疗效。方法采用TUPKVP治疗BPH患者274例，随访3个月。结果手术平均时间54min；术后平均住院时间为7d。3个月后，Qmax由术前的7.1mL/s上升至20.7mL/s，IPSS由术前的26．3分下降至7．0分，与术前IPSS平均值，Qmax平均值（135例患者）相比较均有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论TUPKVP治疗BPH患者疗效好，并发症少，手术安全。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the validity of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prosate for benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH）. Methods 274 cases of BPH were treated by TUPKRP and had been followed up at 3 months. Resuls The mean operative time was 54min. The mean postoperative hospital stay was 7 days. The peak flow rate of urine increased from 7.1mL/s to 20.7mL/s and the international prostate symptom score（IPSS） decreased from 26.3 to 7.0 at 3 months postoperatively（P 〈 0.05 ）. Concluion TUPKRP is a safe and effective oprative method with less complications for the treatment of symptomatic BPH. |
