| 摘 要： | 目的:观察老年单纯收缩期高血压(EISH)患者降压治疗前、后颈动脉粥样硬化的改变。方法:以彩色多普勒超声仪检查109例EISH患者降压治疗前、后颈动脉的形态、结构和血流动力学等指标,并进行分析。结果:降压治疗使斑块性质改变(P<0.01),阻力指数(RI)降低、搏动指数(PI)降低(P<0.01)。结论:EISH患者在良好控制血压后,可改善颈动脉硬化程度。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe changes of the carotid artery in elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension elderly (EISH) before and after anti-hypertension treatment. Methods: The carotid arteries and hemodynamics were examined by color Doppler ultrasonography. Comparison of data of 109 EISH cases before and after anti-hypertension was made. Results: The amelioration of atheroma plaque was significant (P<0. 05). Significant decreased of resistance index (RI), pulse index (PI) were observed (P<0. 01). Conclusion: The atherosclerosis may ameliorate in EISH patients by reasonable control of blood pressure. |
