不育男性精浆四种肿瘤标志物的检测及其与不育关系的探讨

目的：探讨不育男性精浆四种肿瘤标志物与不育之间关系。方法：用ELISA法测定了42例不育男性精浆和血清内的前列腺特异抗原（PSA）、卵巢癌抗原（CA125）、乳腺癌抗原（CA15－3）、胃肠癌抗原（CA19－9）的浓度，并与精子密度、精液液化正常者进行比较。结果：所检测的四种肿瘤标志物精浆浓度明显高于血清浓度，但与精子的运动特性均无明显相关；无精子者精浆内CA19－9浓度明显高于精子密度正常者（P＜0．05）．精液液化不良者精浆内PSA浓度显著低于精液液化正常者（P＜0．01）。结论：提示精浆内CA19－9、PSA与生殖活动有一定关系，有进一步深入研究的必要。

Detection of four tumor marker in seminal plasma of infertiles and relationship with infertility

Objectives: To study relationship between four tumor marker in seminal plasma of infertiles with infertility. Metods: By using ELISA, the prostate specific antigen (PSA),CA125, CA15-3 and C:A19-9 concertrations in serum and seminal plasma of 42 infertiles were detected, and compared with the sperm quantity and the sterile male of normal seminal liquefaction. Results:The concertration of the four tumor marker was significantly higher in seminal plasma than in serum, but indistinctively correlative with the movement characteristics of sperm;the CA19-9 concertration in seminal plasma was significantly higher in azzospermic than sterile male of normal sperm quantity(P＜0.05),the PSA concertration in seminal plasma was significantly lower in group of alliquefaction than normal (P＜0.01).Conclusions:It suggested that a definite relationship between CA19-9, PSA concertration in seminal plasma and reproduction activity,and it was necessary for more deep study.
