调肝肾、祛痰瘀治法提前干预对SHR血压及血管活性物质的影响

目的探讨调肝肾、祛痰瘀治法方药提前干预对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)的高血压发展以及对多种血管活性物质的作用.方法采用尾套式大鼠血压计动态观察SHR 9-12周龄时的血压变化,采用放射免疫法测定大鼠血浆内皮素(ET)和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)含量,采用硝酸还原酶比色法测定大鼠血浆一氧化氮(NO).结果经中药提前干预,SHR 9-12周龄的血压明显低于空白组,而不同给药时段之间无显著性差异.各给药组的NO水平均显著高于空白组,而全程给药组ET/NO比值则显著低于空白组.结论调肝肾、祛痰瘀治法方药提前干预,能提高NO水平,改善内皮分泌舒缩因子的功能,从而延缓SHR早期的高血压发展.

Influence of Preventive Treatment by Regulating the Function of Liver and Kidney and Removing Sputum and Blood Stasis Therapy on SHR''''s Blood Pressure and Vasoactive

Objective To observe the influence of preventive treatment by regulating the function of liver and kidney and removing sputum and blood stasis therapy (RR-Therapy) on the development of SHR hypertension and several vasoactive substances. Method The blood pressures of rats in 9 to 12 weeks old were measured with no-wound sphygmomanometer.The plasma endothelin (ET) and calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) in rats were detected by radio-immunity analysis. The plasma nitric oxide (NO) was detected by nitrate reductase colorimetric method. Result After preventive treated with decoction made according RR-Therapy, the values of blood pressure of rats in 9 to 12 weeks old were lower than those of no-dosage group significantly. There was no significant difference in 3 administration groups. Compared with no-dosage group, the contents of plasma NO in each administration group were higher significantly. The ET/NO of rats in S-whole group was lower than no-dosage group significantly.Conclusion The preventive treatment with the decoction made according RR-Therapy can depress the development of SHR hypertension in early stage by up-regulating the content of plasma NO and ameliorating endothelial dysfunction.
