| 摘 要： | 目的了解伤害对嘉定区劳动力和潜在劳动力的影响.方法收集2001～2003年嘉定区生命死因统计资料,进行潜在寿命损失年数(YPLL)分析.结果三年间0～75岁人群中,伤害的SYPLL率位居第一位或第二位;以交通事故的潜在寿命损失为主,溺水是14岁以下儿童潜在寿命损失的首位死因.结论伤害已成为对嘉定区劳动力和潜在劳动力生命与健康损失构成严重威胁的重要公共卫生问题,应当尽快采取预防措施.

| Abstract: | Objective To find out the influence of injury on labor force and latent labor force. Methods The data from disease surveillance system of Jiading were used to analyze years of potential life lost(YPLL). Resuts Injury was the first or second leading cause of death among people under 75 in the standard rate of accidents.Traffic accident was the main cause of YPLL,and drowning was the first leading cause of injury death among people younger than 14. Conclusion Injury has become a serious problem of public health and measures should be carried out to prevent injury. |
