| 摘 要： | 目的：了解上海市抗抑郁药的用药情况和发展趋势。方法：利用上海市医院用药分析系统(HPDIS)提供的上海市47家医院1999至2001年抗抑郁药用药信息。根据限定日剂量(DDD)、DDD数(DDDs)、购药金额，分析上海市47家医院近3a抗抑郁药的药物利用情况。结果：上海市抗抑郁药总体利用情况呈逐年上升趋势。氟西汀是最常用的抗抑郁药，帕罗西汀次之，三环类抗抑郁药(TCAs)用量明显下降，新型抗抑郁药初露端倪。结论：上海市抗抑郁药用量呈上升趋势。选择性5-HT再摄取抑制剂(SSRIs)正在取代传统的三环类药物。

| Abstract: | AIM:To estimate the trend of antidepressants utilization and development in Shanghai METHODS:The data of antidepressants consumption of 47 hospitals in Shanghai during 1999 2001 was obtained from hospital purchasing of drug information system(HPDIS) Based on defined daily dose(DDD),DDDs and costs,utilization of antidepressants was analyzed in the past 3 years RESULTS:Total antidepressants consumption increased annually Fluoxetine was in the first rank,paroxetine was in the second rank DDDs of tricyclic antidepressants(TCAs) were decreasing obviously New antidepressants had a low level of utilization CONCLUSION:Antidepressants consumption is increasing rapidly in Shanghai Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors(SSRIs) are substituting for tricyclic antidepressants |
