| 摘 要： | 目的：探索糖类抗原125（CA125）对女性原发性腹膜癌临床辅助诊断和监测的应用价值。方法：应用放射免疫法（IRMA）检测30例女性原发性腹膜癌患者术前血清CA125值，并动态观察CA125值。结果：30例女性原发性腹膜癌阳性率90％（27／30），27例阳性者术后CA125对疗效的评价与临床疗效的符合率为84．3％，提示复发的阳性率为75％。结论：血清CA125的检测对女性原发性腹膜癌的诊断和预后有较高的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the clinical diagnostic and monitoring significance of CA125 in female primary peritoneal carcinoma.Methods: The IRMA was employed to detect the preoperative serum value of CA125 in 30 cases of female primary peritoneal carcinoma.Results: The positive rate in 30 cases were 90%(27/30).In 27 cases, the postoperative correspondent rate of CA125 for the clinical evaluation was 84.3%.This demonstrated the recurrent positive rate was 75%. Conclusion: The detection of serum CA125 is more valuable in clinical diagnosis and prognosis of female primary peritoneal carcinoma. |
