扫描电镜观察高功率微波辐照后大鼠小肠的形态学改变

摘    要:目的:利用扫描电镜观察高功率微波(HPM)辐照后大鼠小肠形态结构的变化.方法:雄性SD大鼠35只随机分为对照组和试验组,在源距4.5m,场强100kV/m,总脉冲数40万次微波辐射后3,24,72h及7d活杀大鼠,取小肠组织;甲醛固定制备光镜标本;30mL/L戊二醛固定,进行常规扫描电镜标本制备.结果:扫描电镜观察对照组和HPM辐照后3h小肠形态基本正常,小肠绒毛排列整齐.辐照后24~72h,主要以肠黏膜破坏、肠上皮细胞水肿和分泌物增多为主.辐照后7d,分泌物减少,肠绒毛水肿减轻.结论:说明HPM辐照后扫描电镜观察大鼠小肠随作用时间的不同有不同程度的损伤.

Abstract:AIM: To observe the morphologic changes of small intestines in rats after exposure to high power microwave (HPM). METHODS: Thirtyfive male SD rats were divided into control and experimental groups. The rats in experimental group were exposed to HPM at 100 kv/m for 4 - 10^5 pulses. At different time points (3 h, 24 h, 72 h and 7 d) after exposure to HPM, rats were sacrificed. The samples were fixed in 30 g/L glutaraldehyde. The morphology of small intestines was observed under scanning electron microscope (SEM). RESULTS : At 3 h after exposure to HPM, small intestinal villi arranged regularly as those in control group. At 24 -72 h after exposure to HPM, destroyed intestinal mucosa, swelled intestinal columnar epithelium and increased secretion were observed. At 7 d after exposure to HPM, secretion and edema of the intestinal villi reduced. CONCLUSION: Scanning electron microscopy demonstrates that high power microwave exposure at different time may cause different degrees of damage in the morphologic structures in rats.
