2005—2007年河北省水产品副溶血性弧菌主动监测及耐药性研究

摘    要:目的了解河北省水产品中副溶血弧菌(Vibrio Parahaemolyticus,VP)的污染状况及耐药性的变化,为建立VP食源性疾病的预警提供数据基础。方法依据GB/T4789.7—2003对河北省各类水产品进行VP分离,用API20E进行生化鉴定,同时用纸片法进行耐药性监测。结果363份样品检出108株副溶血性弧菌,检出率29,8%,2005—2007年检出率逐年降低,统计学有显著性差异(x^2=44.42,P〈0.01)。分离菌株对诺氟沙星和氯霉素100%敏感,对氨苄西林、链霉素、磺胺、阿米卡星显示高度耐药,对氨苄西林的耐药率高达94.4%。结论河北省水产品VP污染严重,继续加强VP食源性疾病预警,同时加强水产品抗生素使用的管理,防止耐药菌株的传播。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the contaminatron status and drug resistance of Vibdo parahaemolyticus (VP) in aquatic products in Hebei Province, to offer data for establishing early- warnrng system of food poisoning caused by VP. Methods The VP from aquatic products in Hebei Provrnce was separated according to GB/T4789.7 - 2003, and identified by API 20E. K - B method was used to perform mfcrobral sensitivity. Results A total of 108 of 363 samples were positive for VP (29.8%). The positive rate decreased year by year during the period of 2005 - 2007 , there showed statistically significant difference (x^2 =44.42, P〈 0.01). All the strains showed sensitivity to norfloxacin and chloramphenicol, but most strains showed resistance to ampicillin, streptomycin, sulfonamides, and amikacin. The drug resistance rate to ampicillin was 94.4%. Conclusions The contamination situation of VP in aquatic products in Hebei is rather severe. For preventing the VP spread, it is necessary te constantly strengthen early- warning system of food poisoning caused by VP, and enhance the management of antibiotics use.
