| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨小儿阑尾炎术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床特点、诊断、治疗和预防.方法:对36例小儿阑尾炎术后早期炎性肠梗阻的治疗结果进行回顾性分析.结果:36例患儿经胃肠减压、肠外营养、肾上腺皮质激素、生长抑素等疗法治愈,平均7天,无一例再次手术.结论:小儿阑尾炎术后早期炎性肠梗阻常发生于术后4～13天,有典型的临床特点,保守治疗可治愈.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical features,diagnosis,treatment and prevention of early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction in pediatric appendicitis cases.Methods:Thirty-six cases with early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Thirty-six cases were all cured in the mean period of 7 days through gastroenteral decompression,TPN,dexamethasone,somatostatin and other medication.There was no reoperations.Conclusion:Early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction in pediatric appendicitis cases mostly occurs in about 4-13 days after operation.It has typical clinical features.Conservative treatment can cure early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction. |
