摘    要:背景:HER3是新近发现的表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)家族成员,其在食管癌中的表达情况国内尚未见报道。本研究试图通过检测食管癌组织和癌旁组织中HER3的表达,就HER3在食管癌发生、发展中所起的作用作一初步探讨。目的:探讨HER3在食管癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化PAP法检钡0食管癌组织和癌旁组织中HER3的表达,应用SPSS统计软件分析HER3过度表达与食管癌临床病理指标的关系。结果:54例食管癌组织中有33例存在HER3过度表达,过度表达率为61.1%。HER3的过度表达与食管癌分化程度和局部淋巴结转移情况密切相关。结论:食管癌组织中存在HER3过度表达,HER3过度表达可能在食管癌淋巴结转移过程中起一定作用。

Abstract:Background: HER3 is a newer member of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) family. Reports about its expression in esophageal cancer have not been found in domestic journals. This study tries to detect the expression of HER3 in cancerous tissues and paracancerous tissues of the esophagus, so as to make a tentative discussion about the role of HER3 in the genesis and development of esophageal cancer. Aims: To investigate the expression of HER3 in esophageal cancerous tissues and its clinical significance. Methods: The expression of HER3 was detected by PAP immunohistochemical method in esophageal cancerous tissues and paracancerous tissues, the relevance of HER3 overexpression and the clinicopathological parameters of esophageal cancer was analyzed by SPSS statistic software. Results: HER3 overexpression that was detected in 61.1% (33/54) of patients with esophageal cancer, was closely related to the differentiation and lymph node metastasis of esophageal cancer. Conclusions: Overexpression of HER3 can be detected in esophageal cancer, which may also play a role in its lymph node metastasis.
