| 摘 要： | 目的 初步评价MRI心肌延迟强化在诊断心肌梗死中的价值.方法 2005～2006年对本院9例确诊为心肌梗死的患者,8例疑诊患者进行MRI多技术扫描.结果 9例确诊患者MRI延迟增强扫描心肌都有不同程度强化.8例疑诊患者中2例心内膜下心肌梗死,2例心肌缺血,1例肥厚型心肌病伴多灶性心肌坏死,1例广泛心肌损害,2例心肌显示正常.结论 MRI心肌延迟增强扫描对冠心病急慢性心肌梗死坏死心肌诊断是准确和可靠的.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical value of delayed myocardial enhancement in contrast-enhanced cardiac MRI about the myocardial infarction.Methods Nine patients with MI and eight patients of suspected MI underwent with multimodality MRI,the result of MRI was compared with clinical data.Results Delayed myocardial enhancement was found in all the 9 MI patients.In the 8 suspected patients,subendocardial delayed enhancement was found in 2 of the patients,2 patients cardiac ischaemia,1 patient was hypertrophic cardiomyopathy with multiple necrosis,1 case with diffuse myocardio injured,2cases normal.Conclusion Myocardial delayed contrast-enhanced MRI is accurate and reliable for diagnosing the myocardial infarction. |
