| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨Wnt5a基因及蛋白在肺鳞癌和腺癌中的表达水平及其临床意义.方法 用Northern blot及Western blot分析对43例肺鳞癌和腺癌癌组织及10例非肺癌正常肺组织的Wnt5a基因及蛋白的表达进行检测.结果 Wnt5a在肺癌组织中的表达高于正常肺组织,有淋巴结转移的肺癌组织Wnt5a表达高于无转移的肺癌组织.结论 Wnt5a与肺鳞癌和腺癌的转移与恶化密切相关.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical significance and Wnt5a mRNA and protein levels in lung squamous cell carcinoma. Methods The expression of Wnt5a mRNA and protein were analyzed in 43 lung squamous cell carcinoma and adencarcinoma and 10 normal lung tissue using northern blot and western blot. Results Wnt5a mRNA and protein expression were significantly higher in lung cancer than those in normal lung tissue,and were higher in advanced stage as compared with early stage. Conclusion Wnt5a gene may be involved in the metastasis and aggravation of lung squamous cell carcinoma and adencarcinoma. |
