快套式精密附着体进行(牙合)重建的应用研究

目的:探讨快套式附着体固位可摘义齿修复重度牙齿磨耗伴牙列缺损 (双侧游离端缺失 )的临床效果。方法:对 8例患者 5 1颗基牙 ,应用快套式冠外附着体 16件 ,经过半年至 2年时间的临床结果进行分析。 结果 :8例患者咀嚼能力明显改善 ,该修复体具有治疗性咬合板和牙周夹板的作用 ,义齿固位稳定性及美观效果好 ,基牙牙槽骨无明显吸收。 结论:快套式附着体固位可摘义齿是一种固定 -活动联合修复体 ,兼有固定和活动义齿的优点 ,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical opplication of the removable partial denture with Easy-ball attachments in occlusal reconstruction

Objective: The therapeutic efficiency of the removable partial denture with Easy-ball attachments in repairing defective dention with severe arrosion abutments was explored in this study. Methods: Fifty-one abutments in 8 patients had been treated with 16 Easy-ball attachments, followed up half to two years and the effectiveness was evaluated. Results: The stability and appearance of these 51 abutments were all ameliated, chewing ability of these patients was obviously improved, the resorption of these abutments salveolar was not distinct. Conclusion: The removable partial denture with Easy-ball attachments has the advantages of fixed denture and removable denture. Artificial tooth can be used to treat severe arrosion tooth with defective dentition as occlusal splint and periodontal splint and is worthy for popularization.;
