| 摘 要： | 目的：本研究旨在评估舒张性心力衰竭（DHF）患者是否存在收缩及舒张不同步和该情况的发生率，以及与收缩性心力衰竭（SHF）患者之间的对比。背景：关于DHF机械性不同步的资料较少。方法：通过组织多普勒超声心动图检测373例心力衰竭患者（281例SHF及92例DHF患者）和100例健康受试者。利用6-心底、6-中段模型分别测量达到心肌收缩峰值速度时间的标准差（Ts—SD）及达到舒张早期峰值速度时间的标准差（Te—SD），以确定收缩及舒张的不同步。
