手术及创伤后急性呼吸功能不全的支气管镜介入治疗

目的]应用纤维支气管镜治疗创伤及术后由肺不张或肺内感染引起急性呼吸功能不全的疗效。方法]对80例创伤及术后肺不张或肺内感染所至不同程度表现急性肺功能不全,所有病例行经纤维支气管镜支气管灌洗治疗。结果]76例病人感染或肺不张在短时间内得到控制。一次支气管镜吸痰感染得到控制者占90%。结论]纤维支气管镜支气管灌洗治疗,可以积极控制急性呼吸功能不全,有效治疗创伤及术后肺内感染及肺不张,减少了全身应用抗菌素的用量,缩短了治疗时间。

Bronchial Microscope Intervention Treat Acute Respiratory Insufficiency after Operation and Trauma

Objective] To apply fibre bronchial microscope on acute respiratory insufficiency caused by lung infection or atelectasis after trauma or operation.Method] Administer fibre bronchial microscope perfusion cleansing to all 80 cases.Result]76 cases' infection or atelectasis were controlled in short time;90% controlled on one-time bronchial microscope sputum-absorbing infection.Conclusion] The said therapy can actively control respiratory insufficiency,effectively treat lung infection and atelectasis after trauma and operation,reduce the dosage of antibiotics administration and shorten treating period.
