甘麦大枣汤的药理研究

摘    要:本文侧重研究了甘麦大枣汤对中枢神经系统的药理作用。结果,该方能明显提高激怒小鼠的电压阈值;延长小鼠的格斗潜伏期和减少格斗发生率;抑制小鼠自发活动;减少回苏灵和士的宁诱发的小鼠惊厥发生率;延长戊巴比妥钠诱导的小鼠睡眠时间,表明具有中枢镇静、催眠及抗惊厥作用。该方对幼鼠子宫重量、去卵巢小鼠阴道上皮细胞无明显影响,无雌激素样作用。此外,该方对家兔血压、呼吸、心率、心电图均无明显影响。毒性小。

Pharmacological Studies on Gan Mai Da Zao Tang (GMDZT)

Abstract:GMDZT was a TCM herb compound preparation which was used to treat hysteria. The studies were carried out on the central depressive action of GMDZT in mice. GMDZT was found to markedly raise threshold voltage of electric stimulation-induced fighting behaviour, to prolong the latent period of spontaneous fighting and decrease the rate of that caused by long-term segregation in the adult male mice. GMDZT inhibited spontaneous motor activity, dimefline and strychine-induced convulion of mice except for electroshock-induced convulsion. GMDZT still potentiated pentobarbital sodium-mediated sleep of mice. These results indicated that GMDZT had central sedatives and hypnotics and anticonvulsion. However, GMDZT showed no significant effects on respiratory frequncy, blood pressure, heart rate and ECG in the rabbits. No significant influence of GMDZT on the uteru weight of juvenile female mice and the cornification of vagonal epithelium in deovary mice had been demonstrated that the compound preparation exerted on estrogen female hormone-like action.The acute toxicolcgical test of GMDZT exhibited its LD50>80g/kg p.o in mice. The long-term toxicological test of GMDZT did not exert any variation on the blood systerm, liver function, kidney function and morphologic observation of heart, liver, kidney, lung, spleen and stomach at 10, 20 and 30g/kg qdX90 days, except for increasing body weight.
