摘    要:目的 :评价重组人骨形成蛋白 - 2 ( rh BMP- 2 ) /珊瑚复合人工骨的骨诱导活性和骨修复能力。  方法 :rh BMP- 2和珊瑚以一定的方式复合后 ,植入小鼠股部肌袋和兔颅骨标准大小缺损 ,以单纯珊瑚植入作对照。术后不同时间取材 ,通过组织学方法检测其骨诱导活性和骨修复能力。 结果 :复合人工骨植入小鼠肌袋 1周诱导软骨形成 ;3周形成编织骨 ;6周形成含骨髓的板层骨 ,同时珊瑚被部分降解吸收 ;复合人工骨植入兔颅骨缺损后 ,以引导成骨和诱导成骨双重机理完成骨修复过程。术后 12周 ,植入物完全被成熟的骨组织取代 ,其骨修复效果明显优于单纯的珊瑚。  结论 :此复合人工骨具有骨传导和骨诱导活性 ,骨修复能力较强 ,是一种比较理想的新型生物性植骨材料

Abstract:Objectives:This study was undertaken to determine the osteoinductivity and bone repairing a- bility of rh BMP- 2 / coral composite. Methods:Rh BMP- 2 / coral composite was manufactured by combining rh BMP- 2 with coral in a certain manner and implanted into mouse thigh muscle pouches and rabbit calvarial critical- size defects,plain coral used as control.The animals were sacrificed at 1,3,6weeks or 2 ,6,12 weeks respectively after implantation,and the specimens removed and examined by histology. Results:Fol- lowing implantation of the composite into the muscle pouches of mice,cartilage growth was induced in the pore or on the surface of the implant at one week,woven bone at three weeks and lamellar bone with bone marrow at six weeks and coral was absorbed partially.The composite repaired the bone defects both in osteo- conductive and osteoinductive manners after implantation into rabbitcalvarial defects,and the implants were displaced by mature bone tissue at12 weeks.its bone repairing effectwas better than that of coral. Conclu- sions:The composite may possess definitive osteoinductive activity and better bone repairing ability.It ap- pears to be an ideal biomaterial for the repairment of bone defects.
