| 摘 要： | 目的 :为唇裂修复术提供临床经验和教训。方法 :对 1996年 10月～ 1998年 12月间就诊我院的唇裂患者 70例 ,按不同唇裂类型采取不同术式进行修复 ,并于术后 2 a评价手术效果。结果 :70例中 ,6 7例获得满意疗效 ,3例疗效不满意。结论 :唇裂修复术应根据唇裂类型、畸型程度设计术式 ,并熟练掌握术中操作要点

Experiences of cheilophasty on 70 cases |

| Abstract: | Objective:To povide clinical experiences and lessons for cheiloplasty.Methods:70 patients with cheiloschisis were performed cheiloplasty.The operation designs were definited according to the types of clieft lip deformity,and the effect of operation were estimated in two years after operation.Result:It showd good effect in 67 of 70 cases,failed in 3 of 70 cases.Conclusion:The operation design in cleft lip repair should be formluated according to the types of deformity of cleft lip,and the main points of operation technique should be known well. |
