自身疣体包埋术治疗皮肤疣的临床效果

目的观察自身疣体包埋术治疗皮肤疣的临床效果及安全性。方法对１５６例皮肤疣患者施行自身疣体包埋术，术后观察３个月。结果痊愈５０．０％，显效１４．８％，有效１７．９％，总有效率为８２．７％。在４种类型皮肤疣中扁平疣的疗效最好。不良反应发生率和复发率分别为０．６％和６．５％。结论自身疣体包埋术治疗皮肤疣特别是扁平疣的临床效果好，安全性高，且不易复发。

Clinical Effect of SelfWart Embedded Operation for Verrucae

Objective To observe the effectiveness and safety of selfwart embedded operation in the treatment of verrucae. Method The operation was performed on 156 patients with verruca.Each case was observed for 3 months after the operation. Results The cure rate,excellent effective rate,and effective rate were 50.0%,14.8% and 17.9% respectively.The total effective rate was 82.7%.The clinical effect on verruca plana was best among 4 types of verrucae.The ocurrence rate of adverse reaction was 0.6%.The recurrence rate was 6.5%. Conclusions Selfwart embedded operation is a surgical method that is of high effectiveness,safety and low recurrence for verrucae,especially for verruca plana.
