| 摘 要： | 目的:检查受血者和献血者血清是否存在与对方红细胞不相合的不规则抗体,以保障受血者安全输血。方法:受血者血清与献血者红细胞及献血者血清与受血者红细胞用凝聚胺试剂做交叉配血。结果:2 067例患者中检出Rh不规则抗体5例。其中抗-E 3例、抗-c 1例、抗-cE 1例。结论:Rh血型系统抗-D以外不规则抗体导致配血不合比较多见,这些由输血和(或)妊娠免疫而产生的免疫性抗体能引起迟发性溶血反应,是否也应把E抗原列为常规检测值得探讨。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:Check serum recipients and donors whether there is not coincide with each other irregular erythrocyte antibodies to protect the safety of blood transfusion recipients.Methods:Blood donors and recipients of serum and red blood cells and serum of blood donors with recipients RBC rally amine reagent do cross-matching of blood.Results:2 067 cases were detected in patients with irregular Rh antibodies five cases.Anti-one-E 3 cases,anti-c one case of resistance-cE1 cases.Conclusion:The anti-Rh blood group system-other than D irregular antibody blood lead with substandard compared Most of these by blood transfusion and(or) arising from the pregnancy immune antibodies can cause autoimmune hemolytic delayed reaction,it should also be out of the E antigen for routine testing worth exploring. |
