2型糖尿病下肢血管病变相关因素分析

目的分析2型糖尿病下肢血管病变发生、发展的相关因素.方法对136例糖尿病病人下肢血管进行B超检测,并测定相应的生化指标,结合年龄、体重指数、踝肱压指数、糖尿病病程,高血压病病程进行分析.结果糖尿病下肢血管病变与高密度脂蛋白有关;而年龄、糖尿病病程、高血压病病程、血压、踝肱压指数不仅与下肢血管病变有关且与病变的严重程度相关.结论B超有助于早期诊断糖尿病下肢血管病变,踝肱压指数可判定病变的严重程度,而减少下肢血管病变的发生,延缓其发展,不仅要控制血糖、血脂,更要严格控制血压.

To analyse the related factors of vascular disease in the lower limbs in type 2 diabetes

Objective To analyse the related factors of vascular disease in the lower limbs in type 2 diabetes. Methods 136 type 2 diabetes patients were investigated with B-mode ultrasonograph. Serum marker was measured. These clinical datum and age, BMI, ABPI, blood pressure, the duration of diabetes and hypertension, were analysed. Results Vascular lesions in lower limbs of type 2 diabetes patients were significant correlation with age, duration of type 2 diabetes and hypertension, blood pressure and HDL,ABPI. The degree of vascular lesions was significant correlation with age, duration of type 2diabetes and hypertension ,blood pressure and ABPI. Conclusion B-mode ultrasonograph could find vascular lesions in lower limbs of type 2 diabetes patients ealier. ABPI could assess its degree and prognosis. To control not only glucose and lipid but aslo blood pressure could reduce prevalence of vascular disease and delay its development.
