| 摘 要： | 目的：改进检测小鼠精子畸形的试验方法。方法：采用改进的小鼠精子畸形试验方法进行观察，并与有关试验方法作对比研究。结果：两种不同量０．９％生理盐水制备的小鼠精子玻片镜检显示，环磷酰胺阳性组和生理盐水对照组，其观察结果均以用１ｍｇ０．９５生理盐水作稀释液制备的玻片镜检满意，符合小鼠精子畸形分析的试验要求。

| Abstract: | Objective:To improve the method of sperm aberration test in mice.Methods:The improved method for sperm aberration test was used in mice to compare with other methods.Results:Tests taken from cyclophosphamide mice and normal saline treated mice were used to make sperm suspension in 2 different volume(1 and 3 ml) of 0.9% saline for smear examination of abnormal sperm under microscope.The result showed that sperm suspended in 1 ml saline was satisfactory.Conclusions:This method has many adventages;it is easy to perform,the amount of sperm obtained is satisfactory for examination and the results are reliable. |
