| 摘 要： | 用亚硝酸盐形成法测定122例人体食管上皮正常、轻度增生、重度增生人群及食管癌患者血清中超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD)同功酶的活力。结果显示,随着人体食管上皮细胞癌变的进展,血清总SOD活力呈下降趋势,主要表现为CuZnSOD活力的显著性降低,MnSOD活力变化不明显。结果提示SOD活力下降可能与食管癌的发生存在一定的关系。

| Abstract: | The activities of superoxide dismutase in the serum of the people withnormal epithelium, mild, or severe hyperplasia in the epithelium or the petienis withesophageal cancer were analyzed with nitrite formation method.The results showed thatthe total superoxide dismutase activities showed a tendency to decrease with theprogress of the cancerous change in esophageal epithelium. It was mainly due tothe decrease of copper-and zinc--containing superoxide dismutase. There was nosignificant difference in manganese--containing superoxide dismutase in the vari-ous groups. These results suggested that the decrease of superoxide dismutaseshould be associated with the development of esophageal cancer. |
