妊娠期补充钙剂在防治妊高征及胎儿宫内发育迟缓中的作用

目的：观察妊娠期补充钙剂的效果及对妊娠的影响。方法：将236例20～32周的孕妇随机分为用药组（118例,服用乐力氨基酸螯合钙2g/d）和对照组（118例）,分别于服药前检测血钙、尿蛋白,并于观察期间每4周复查1次;每周监测血压、体重、宫高、腹围及双下肢水肿情况;观察缺钙症状发生情况。结果：用药组血钙明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,缺钙症状明显低于对照组（P〈0.01）;妊高征、胎儿宫内迟缓发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：妊娠期补充钙剂有利于减少缺钙症状的发生,降低妊高征、胎儿宫内迟缓的发生率。

Clinical Analysis of Calcium Supplementation in Pregnancy

Objective：To study the effect of calcium supplementation in pregnancy and its influence on pregnancy. Methods：236 pregnant women in 20-32 gestational weeks were randomly divided into 2 groups： treatment group（n=118）who took Osteoform Capsules 2 gram daily and control group（n= 118）. Serum calcium and urinary protein were measured before and during the observation every 4 weeks; blood pressure, weight,uterine height, abdominal circumference and lower limbs edema were examined every week; the incidence of calcium deficiency symptom was observed. Results： The serum calcium in treatment group were significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0. 05） ;The incidence of calcium deficiency symptom, pregnant induced hypertension syndrome PIH and intrauterine fetal growth retardation IUGR were distinctly lower than that of control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Osteoform capsules can do good for decreasing the incidence of calciprivia symptom,PIH and IUGR during pregnancy. It＇s an ideal drug for calcium supplementation during pregnancy.
