摘    要:目的:探讨5-氟尿嘧啶对人胃癌细胞的结构和GSTπ表达的影响。方法:在人胃癌BGC-823细胞株培养液中加入5-氟尿嘧啶,继续培养5h或10h,然后用HE、免疫组化染色和铀-铅染色。光镜、电镜下观察。结果:10h组胃癌细胞外型畸变、细胞器破坏严重;GSTπ灰度发生变化。结论:5-氟尿嘧啶作用10h对人胃癌细胞超微结构及GSTπ基因表达有明显影响。

Effects of 5-Fliorouracil on the Ultrastructure and the Expressions of GSTπ in Human Gastric Cancer Cells

Abstract:Objective:To study the influence of 5-Fliorouracil on structure of human gastric cancer cells and the expressions of GSTπ. Methods: 5-Fliorouracil was added to culture medium of BGC-823 gastric cancer cells and continuously cultured for 5h or 10h,then the human gastric cancer cells were stained with haematoxylin- Eosin(HE),dyed with immunohistochemical method and acid U-lead citrate, which was observed under light and electiom microscope. Results: BGC-823 cells, features developed by aberration and the oraganells were destructed severely in experimental group of 10 hours, and the ash of GSTπ was changed. Conclusion:The influence of 5-Fliorouracil on ultrastructure and the expressions of GSTπ in 10 hours group was obvious.
